In June, we had the pleasure of taking part in an experience of interdependence and deep connection with people from 16 different countries. We came together for a training program funded by the European Union (Erasmus+) at an incredibly beautiful location, Sanillés in La Cerdanya, in the Catalan Pyrenees.

Together, we were learning, sharing, and co-creating a design for a regenerative culture—something so necessary in today’s world. To do this, we used tools provided by the books*Designing Regenerative Cultures* by Daniel Wahl (translated from English by Ecohabitar) and*EcoSocial Design* by Andrew Langford, as well as the framework of the Permaculture Design Process Permaculture.

In this beautiful video, you can see and get a little sense of what we experienced in late June of this year, 2021. Thank you to Anna Gurney from Boodaville for inviting me to co-facilitate this course with her; thank you to everyone who made this project what it was; and a very special hug to Georgia, one of the participants who, after spending time with us, experienced the fierce fires in Athens firsthand. The time to act is NOW.
